The Nonnewaug High School Drama Club won 3 HALO Awards at the May 27 event at the Palace Theater.

Nonnewaug took home the awards for Best Classical Musical for Guys & Dolls as well as Best Performance in a Featured Female Role in a Play -- Morgan McCann as Renfield in Dracula; and Best Performance in a Comic Role in a Musical -- Sadie Pustola as Miss Adelaide in Guys & Dolls. Students had the opportunity to perform a musical number from Guys & Dolls at the awards ceremony.
